Check out Thirsty Dog Brewing Co. and their Mexican Lime Lager. The Mexican Lager style is a clean lager with low bitterness and high clarity that is commonly referred to as a Clara. Vienna Lagers have inspired many Mexican Lagers that are amber in color and sweeter in flavor, though they can also be pale. Some Mexican Lagers include adjuncts like corn/maize, but many brewers have aimed to improve on style by using adjuncts other than corn, or by substituting technique to create the same drinking experience.
