Over the past 70 years, the number of people living on farms has dropped from 40% to 2% — creating a growing disconnect between people and their food source. Billie’s was built to help bridge that gap by creating a space where the community can gather around locally sourced, scratch-made food while directly supporting Inland Northwest farmers and ranchers.
As a farmer-first American Diner, we source 75% of our ingredients from local farms because we believe stronger connections to our food create stronger communities.
