Today on testing our bar, a customer asked for an Americano Sunrise as a latte. We swapped the usual orange juice for orange puree, mixed in brown sugar, poured it over ice, prepped the milk with a generous shake of brown sugar cinnamon, and finished it with a double espresso.

Muah!!

Their version turned out so spot-on and beautiful that we made a few more just to try. Truth be told… it might just land on the secret menu.
