Aiken,
It has been a pleasure serving you...and the team here at Fuse has so much to be proud of, but it does not look like we can keep going.

As a "Chef", there are so many things about Fuse that made it very literally, a dream come true. We've helped you celebrate so many birthdays, anniversaries, and even hosted weddings. We have changed our menu at our whim, preparing from scratch countless dishes from all over the world. Whole hog roasts, Wine paired coursed out dinners, we were featured at Charleston Wine + Food Festival 2023, and even did a Luau cooked entirely over open flame for 150 at Whitney Field!

Good God those were good times...thank you so much for letting us practice our craft for you. I feel like we were just really starting to get somewhere...

It probably couldn't be a better day for Ramen! Come in tonight for our classics, or better yet try our special tonight! East Coast Shrimp, Circular Farms Mushrooms, Freshly Shaved Corn, our House Made Noods, and a Special Hondashi Broth. Doors open at 5, and don't forget we'll be open late night for all your dance and beer pong therapy!

We've got another Dinner hit on our hands... Lotus Stir Fry. House Made Fettuccine, Jumbo Shrimp, Baby Bok Choy, Cucumber, Lime, Cilantro...and of course Lotus Root.
