✨ Story Time / Appreciation Post ✨

Our daughter Anastasia is the reason for our namesake. I remember having a rough night with her, going to bed. Always been a FOMO thing. Hates going to bed. Always says, “I wish it could be morning all the time!” Lol She’s fast asleep, 3 years old, and I think to myself, in that corny parent way, “…she’s a wild rose.” In my mind she’s such a beautiful person inside and out, but dang she is also just wild, crazy, and gives us a run for our money! While laid back Wyatt has always been along for the ride and down with his lil sis. In that corny parent moment my next thought was, “that’s it, that’s the name.” And I was so happy and so sure. It will be 4 years this July. So much has changed and so many blessings. These kids have been the biggest inspiration to start this business besides it being a love of ours. We felt it was now or never regardless of how our set up looked, where we started selling, how much we made the first week - we were committed. When it got hard I would just remind myself who I’m really doing this for, and I’d get a jolt of energy to push on.

Anastasia is the inspo for our name. Wyatt is a rock, if I’m truly honest. Always excited and supportive of his parents. We have amazing children who we are always striving to make proud of US. I think they are lol I just hope one day they know how much them just being here as themselves was so important to the process and growth in this business and our family.

Peep some old pics of our original set up 😂 I used to be so embarrassed and was always trying to upgrade. Even now, I’m trying to get into a small trailer. After being complimented on our aesthetic TWICE recently! I’m like, what am I stressing over?! Pop-ups may be a little more foreign around here, but this deep southerner is here to just be me regardless of the setting.

AND our first location was in the dirt in rural Mississippi! One of the best places on earth, fight me. It may just happen again, SC style, real soon 😉

Anything is possible with a plan of some kind, support by those you love, and the ones you pick up along the way! We made the best besties along the way😭

Our Rose Seminar is this Saturday at 10am with Paul Blankenship! During this free event, you will learn all about the care and maintenance, we well as how to select the proper plant for your space. Wild Rose Café will be on site with their delicious drinks before the seminar to keep you refreshed!

Our annual Rose Seminar with Paul Blankenship is Saturday, April 12 at 10am. Mr. Blankenship is a consulting Rosarian Emeritus with the Augusta Rose Society. This seminar is one you do not want to miss. We will also be having a special on roses this day only- 15% off! Wild Rose Café will also be on site so you will have a delicious treat to drink while you learn about these beautiful flowers!

We had a great day at Jumping Branch this last Saturday! It’s great to be getting back into the swing of things! And I’m feeling a renewed creativity and excitement towards my business again 😊 we’ll be at Cold Creek Nursery on the 12th!
