Every single menu change, I worry myself sick that I designed dishes that you all won't like or won't find appealing. You have quelled all of those fears in me already! This one is clearly a hit! Today's message is simple: stay.

June is Men's Mental Health Month. Approximately 106 men take their own lives every day in the United States. Something has to change. I'm not going to sit here and type that you should come in and eat at my restaurant. I'm not going to market my food. But I will tell you that if you've ever had these thoughts, you're not alone. You're needed. You're valued. Just make it through one more day, you can do this. As someone who has also had to just make it to the next day, I believe in you. I'll see you tomorrow, friend. 🖤

One thing I always knew I wanted to do at The Wildemount was change the menu, and change it often. This year is the first time I'm doing a different menu for all four seasons! I absolutely love menu design. I love making menus different, quirky, fun, and interesting. Summer 26' menu will be all of that! It's already been planned, everyone in the back of house got to choose a dish to put on it! What are you hoping to see this summer at The Wildemount!

🗺Our Signature Dish🗺

Caramel Soy Filet Mignon. Australian Wagyu beef, beef tallow mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, duxelles, and caramel soy sauce. All cut in house, all made in house, from scratch. The filet is arrosered in butter, rosemary, and thyme. The only secret to this dish: is the sauce. I'll die with that recipe.
