🗺Caramel-Soy Wagyu Filet🗺

Most folks know this dish well. This has been a staple entree for us since our first fall. It is an absolute favorite featuring high quality Australian Wagyu, a sauce recipe created by Sam, and a lot of delicate technique in order to get that buttery crust on the outside of the filet. This one will be around forever, so come and try it if you haven't! Decadent, yet still steak and potatoes.

This form will only take a few moments to fill out. If you have time, please take the time to tell the City of Aiken, South Carolina Government what we think about the new tax. Please be professional. Just simply tell them we don't want it. We don't want a new parking garage that is only being built to satisfy the developers of Hotel Aiken. We don't want Aiken to become just another concrete jungle.

Let's see how many comments against this tax increase we can get and still watch them pass it. Let's see how far this corrupt government is willing to go to put themselves above every restaurant and customer of restaurants in Aiken. Please comment.

Hospitality Tax Update and Public Hearing

Aiken City Council has passed the first reading of a proposal to raise the City’s HospitalityTax from 1 percent to 2 percent, as allowed by South Carolina law.

Before the second reading in August, City Council is asking for public input online and at aformal public input session on July 27, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 111Chesterfield Street South.
