A little negitoro bowl shop on 12th Ave in Kaimuki

If you haven't tried negitoro, think of it as Japan's take on poke. Minced fatty ahi, so creamy it melts in your mouth.

And if you love salmon roe, ask for the Ikura Shower. The rice disappears completely.
