Over the years, locals have raved about and fell in love with Cuu Long's Pho. On the weekends it is typical to see a line of people waiting outside of the restaurant. The secret to Cuu Long's pho is that it is healthier and lighter than the traditional pho broth that is normally loaded with heaps of msg. The secret to a healthier broth is that the chef cooks the broth fresh daily and uses fresh pineapples. After the broth is finish cooking, the chef strains the broth and removes the oil droplets to ensure a delicious, health conscious,and flavorful broth.
