Another long overdue post, those that know me, know my family closed a huge chapter in Wisconsin. While I was in Wisconsin closing on the resorts motel buildings, Tim was working on closing & selling Heggs. Birch Point Resort ~ Sunset Grill was the inspiration for Heggs menu, carrying on my family tradition of comfort food.
Salt River Grill now operates in Heggs building.
We greatly appreciate our customers, near & far. Many became like family, making it especially hard to sell. Thank you for your support thru out the years!

Hey y'all Hank here,

On behalf of the Heggenstaller family and being a fictional cowboy mascot, I'm disheartened to say that Hegg's is now closed for good. After how many years? Aw heck I can't count right now.

Anyway, thank you to everyone who's supported us throughout all these years. We hope y'all made some good memories as well as good food as we served you. We're gonna miss ya guys, as a lot of y'all were like family to us.

But of course no restaurant is perfect without it's awkward batch of ups and downs and zig zags. Thanks for dining with us during all of those, and we hope our food and service has helped you, especially in your down times.

We've got all sorts of burgers and sandwiches here at Hegg's.

Our half pound burgers are hand pattied and grilled to perfection in addition to our other sandwiches.
