📣 BIG CHANGES ARE COMING TO STUFT CATERING!
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided it’s time to simplify things a little—and I think these changes are going to be great for both my customers and for me.
Over the years, my catering menu has grown…and grown…and grown. At this point, it’s about five pages long! While I love being able to offer so many different options, sometimes more isn’t necessarily better.
So, I’m simplifying.
🍽️ The five-page menu is becoming ONE page.
I’ll be focusing on the meals and dishes that have consistently been the biggest customer favorites—the things I know I can do exceptionally well, consistently, and at a price that makes sense.
I’m also changing the way catering services are offered. Going forward, you’ll have two options:
DROP-OFF CATERING — I prepare everything, bring it to you ready to serve, and you take it from there. This will be a more affordable option for people who want great food without needing full catering service.
FULL-SERVICE CATERING — The complete Stuft Catering experience, with me there to handle the food and service so you can concentrate on your event.
And finally, probably the biggest change:
I’m cutting WAY back on the number of events I accept.
I’ve been averaging around 160 catering events a year. When I actually stop and think about that number, it’s kind of insane. 😂
I love what I do, but I’ve realized that I don’t need—or want—to run myself into the ground doing it.
Going forward, I’ll generally be limiting myself to two catering events per week. There may occasionally be special circumstances where I make an exception for a customer, but two per week will be my new normal.
That means dates are going to become much more limited, especially during wedding season and the busiest summer and fall weekends. If you already know you’d like Stuft Catering for your 2026 or 2027 event, I strongly recommend getting your date reserved sooner rather than later.
Less complicated.
More flexible.
More affordable options.
Fewer events.
And more time and attention devoted to every event I do accept.
I think that’s a pretty darn good direction for Stuft Catering.
Thank you to everyone who has trusted me to feed your families, weddings, celebrations, businesses, reunions, and special occasions over the years. I’m incredibly grateful that this little catering business has stayed busy enough that I’m now in a position where I actually need to say, “Okay…maybe 160 events a year is enough.” 😂
Here’s to the next chapter of Stuft Catering. ❤️🍽️
