Door Dash Nightmare and theft.

I am a restaurant owner, and using DoorDash has cost our business thousands of dollars due to their total lack of cybersecurity and merchant support. Our account was hijacked, and our hard-earned payouts were rerouted to a fraudulent bank account. Trying to get help from DoorDash is a lesson in pure frustration. You cannot get a live human on the phone to address this emergency. Their support agents repeatedly lie and claim they are calling our verified business number. We are physically at our restaurant all day long—our phone does not ring. They completely refuse to call the direct contact numbers we provide to verify our identity.DoorDash has proven they do not care about small businesses. They are a massive corporation that hides behind automated scripts while independent merchants face devastating financial losses.
