🇺🇸 What an absolutely incredible weekend! 🇺🇸

To say we are honored would be an understatement.

Holy Smoked Meats had the opportunity to be part of UFC Freedom 250 at the White House, and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. From the breathtaking flyovers and unforgettable atmosphere to the thousands of people who came together to celebrate, every moment was something special.

Standing on the grounds of such a historic location and watching this event come to life was a spectacular sight to see and be a part of. We are grateful for the opportunity, proud of our team, and thankful to everyone who stopped by to support us throughout the weekend.

These are the moments that remind us how far this small family business has come.

As we close the book on the 2nd to last day of prep I can't thank my wife Megan Burkett for the amazing job the she is the calm behind the storm. All of this would be extremely difficult with out what she does. 2700 lbs of meat cooked and ready to feed pocono nascar and the ufc in DC

On June 13 & 14, 2026, we'll be attending the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House South Lawn as America celebrates its 250th!

From local festivals and race tracks to major national events, we've been blessed to serve incredible crowds across the country—and now we're adding the White House to that list!

We are grateful for every customer, supporter, friend, and family member who has helped make moments like this possible.
