Embellished Catering and Events is a catering company with a modern flair. It is our plan to prepare great food and provide excellent customer service to you! We have a passion for keeping up with food trends and offering new and innovative ideas. We are also event planning consultants should our customers need a little extra assistance planning a special occasion or corporate function. Our plan i

s to focus on parties from 10 to 200 guests to begin with. We will provide food and / or consulting for birthday parties, graduation parties, bridal and baby showers, weddings, business functions, and barbeques. We realize the importance of supporting our local community, so we plan on purchasing as much as possible from local farmers and food vendors throughout the North Country. August slipped away into a moment in time... ⏰🌅

We’ve been a little quiet over here for the last couple of weeks. Between a little end of summer burnout, end-of-summer blues, and trying to squeeze in a little fun along the way, we’re still plugging along!

We tallied up our August calendar and this month we served almost 1,900 people!

After a very busy summer, we’re definitely feeling a little tired but so incredibly grateful. It’s been a summer full of beautiful events, amazing people, long days, early mornings, late nights, and so many memories. Thank you to each and every one of you who chose our catering company for your special events! 🫶

We hope August was good to you and that September brings something special, too. 🍂

WE SURVIVED! The busiest week of summer is officially in the books! 🙌🏻

From Sunday 8/2 through Monday 8/10, we served 1️⃣,0️⃣6️⃣0️⃣ people and that doesn’t include all of the fruit, vegetable, and grazing platters that went out the door last week!

We’re slowly catching up, but not gonna lie, we're tired. 😮‍💨

The cooler is stocked with lots of grab-and-go goodies, so swing in today and shop with us until 3. We may try to take tomorrow off.

A very special 'Thank You' to all of the families, couples, organizations, and businesses who chose Embellished Catering last week. We are incredibly grateful for every single one of you for the continued support of our little business.

And then there’s our PEOPLE....

A huge shoutout to our amazing staff, friends, and family who stepped up in every possible way to help us get through the week.

Friends helped get Jaxon to football practice. Family and friends jumped in to work events and help in the kitchen. Everyone worked so hard in the heat, jumping in to prep, run deliveries, cater events, and support however they could.

It truly takes a village, and we are so lucky to have the best one! 🫶

Sunday kicked off our busiest week of the summer!
We got lucky with the weather and dodged the rain!
Thank you to Antique Boat Museum for having us cater the Boat Show Brunch!

This week we're pretty much here there and everywhere! Throughout the week you will find our work at Henchen's Marina, The Thousand Islands Art's Center, Creekstone Farms, The Lincoln Loft, Henderson Harbor Yacht Club, Fulton Boiler Works, Murray Isle, Brennans Bay, followed by Cherry Island on Monday next week! I think that's everywhere! 😮‍💨

We're literally one minute at a time, one day at a time over here. Emails will be going out today and then not until next week! If you need something it's best to call!

Our hearts are full, it certainly is a blessing to be so busy!
