Two Months In: Accord Social
It’s hard to believe that Accord Social has already been open for two months.
Restaurants are about so much more than great food. They’re about people. The team you build. The guests who walk through your doors. The details that no one notices when you get them right. And the ability to listen, adapt, and get a little better every single day.
We created Accord Social because we wanted to build more than a restaurant. We envisioned a place where people could meet friends, celebrate milestones, enjoy great food and drinks, and feel connected to the community—a true Hudson Valley living room.
Two months in, one of the most rewarding parts has been watching that vision begin to take shape. We’ve seen first dates, birthdays, anniversaries, family dinners, friends gathering on the porch, neighbors meeting neighbors, and guests returning with new friends in tow.
Have there been challenges? Absolutely. We’ve learned from them, made changes, listened carefully to our guests and our team, and continued moving forward.
And we’re just getting started.
This fall, we’re introducing new seasonal dishes and creating more reasons to gather—including Mahjong, special events, and other social experiences that bring people together.
To our team, our guests, our neighbors, and everyone who has supported Accord Social during these first two months: thank you.
Seeing a concept that existed on paper for so long become a living, breathing place filled with people is something we'll never take for granted.
