Hello softball friends, our tournament is a month away!! If any one that is wanting to put a team in message this page. We will be taking teams up to July 18th. $300 team dues and we take checks, cash or Venmo. If you message for a team and want to Venmo I will give you the Venmo in a message. Hope to see a lot of teams and we will have another great tournament.

Absarokee Pool Splash Swim-a-Thon

Join us for a fun-filled morning of swimming, family fun, and community spirit while raising money for future improvements at the Absarokee Swimming Pool!

When:

Saturday, August 8

Event Schedule:

9:00–9:20 AM – Ages 5 & Under Treasure Hunt
Parent assistance welcome.
Entry Fee: $5

9:30–10:00 AM – Ages 6–9 Swim Challenge
Entry Fee: $10
Participants may swim across the shallow end as many times as possible during the 30-minute challenge. More advanced swimmers may choose to swim across the deep end. Life jackets are welcome if needed.

10:05–10:35 AM – Ages 10–13 Lap Swim
Entry Fee: $10

10:40–11:10 AM – Ages 14–17 Lap Swim
Entry Fee: $15

11:15 AM–12:15 PM – Ages 18 & Older Lap Swim
Entry Fee: $20

12:20–12:50 PM – Family Relay (Just for Fun!)
Entry Fee: $25 per family

How to Participate

•Register for your event.
•Participants must collect pledges to participate.
•Collect pledges from family, friends, neighbors, or local businesses before event day.
•Turn in your completed pledge sheet at check-in.

Registration:

•Treasure Hunt: Unlimited participants
•Ages 6–9 Swim Challenge: Limited to 15 participants
•Ages 10–13 Lap Swim: Limited to 12 participants
•Ages 14–17 Lap Swim: Limited to 12 participants
•Ages 18 & Older Lap Swim: Limited to 12 participants
•Family Relay: Limited to 6 family teams

The community is invited to come cheer on participants and support the Absarokee Swimming Pool!

Pledge forms can be sent electronically or picked up at the Absarokee Swimming Pool during regular pool hours.

Touch of Country Catering will be serving lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Come grab a delicious meal while you’re at the pool supporting our Swim-A-Thon fundraiser!

Every dollar raised through entry fees and pledges will help support future improvements at the Absarokee Swimming Pool. We hope you’ll join us for a morning of fun, fitness, and community support!
