Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the opening of Flying Dolly’s Abita Springs! Seeing so many smiling faces and kids enjoying their snoballs made our first day extra special. 💙

When Parish President Mike Cooper and Les stopped by the Abita Brew Pub for lunch, we couldn’t let them leave without walking next door to Flying Dolly’s for a little dessert! 🍨

Nothing like a few samples of ice cream to finish off lunch the right way. Thanks for stopping by and helping us put Flying Dolly’s to the official taste test!

We wanted to pay a little homage to the history of this building while bringing it into its next chapter.

Long before Flying Dolly’s, this building spent part of its life as a service station, so we thought the addition of the Dolly Fuel Pump was the perfect little nod to its past. ⛽️

The renovation has come a long way, and every new detail is making it feel more and more like home for Flying Dolly’s.

And the best part… we’re getting VERY, VERY close to opening! 👀

We can’t wait to finally open the doors and welcome everyone in. Stay tuned — it won’t be long now! 🐔❤️

We’re getting more excited every day about bringing Flying Dolly’s to Abita Springs! 🎉

We recently had the chance to visit the original Flying Dolly's - Mandeville, where Shannon and her amazing staff showed us around, walked us through everything, and—most importantly—let us do a little taste testing! 😋

They’ve done such an incredible job creating something special, and we’re excited to bring that same experience to Abita Springs. Based on the samples, we think y’all are going to LOVE what’s coming!

A huge thank you to Shannon and the entire Flying Dolly’s crew for welcoming us and sharing their knowledge with us.
