Good service doesn’t mean being at the table every 2 minutes.

Read your table!

Some guests want to talk to you. Some need recommendations. Some want to laugh and joke with you.

And some just want to enjoy the person sitting across from them.

Part of hospitality is knowing the difference.

Be present, pay attention, anticipate what they need... Stay in your zone!

Sometimes the best service is the service your guests barely even notice. 💙

This is something I really try to teach my team at Yaz’s Table... to take care of your guests without taking over their experience.

This month’s Apple Cheesecake Donut Holes are a whole production and I am taking you behind the scenes to show you exactly how they come together.

Cinnamon-spiced donut holes, graham cracker crumble, Vermont maple whipped cream, cheesecake drizzle, apple pie filling, salted caramel glaze, cinnamon streusel… and of course, the Yaz signature: a little piece of sorrel. 🌿

Sweet. Spiced. Loaded. I’m completely obsessed. 🤩
