A love letter to our customers and friends.
This is our last week.
I'm trying to take in everything while working.
I'm absorbing every emotion and feeling. I'm realizing that people who have supported us from day one have so touched my heart in ways I can't even explain. Hearing things like
"It wasn't just the food" "We love you and your team" "We are so proud of you" have touched me so deeply and ripped my guts out all at the same time.
If you see me this week and I'm struggling to hold back a flood of emotions, it's because the love I have for creating has only been surpassed by the love I have for all of you.
You've become intrinsically woven into my life and inserted into my heart.
I've poured my heart and soul into this, every detail no matter how small and endlessly scrutinized over the minutest of things, trying to put my heart on a plate, so you could taste the love.
We started out with the goal of amazing food, and I think we nailed that. But what surprised me was just how attached and fond I've become of all of you. This filled my soul these relationships we've made and the friendships we've built because of our business.
It was never just transactional and I think you felt that.
I'm forever grateful. We are forever grateful.
Thank you 🧡 🙏 🧡
