Thanks so much for coming out tonight. I never even had a chance to enable pickup or DoorDash because you showed so much love in person at my window!

Please know it means the absolute world to me to see all of you enjoy my food. I’ve poured so much into this business, and I love seeing it pay off with smiling faces and compliments about the food. It’s pretty incredible.

I’ll be out and about until the truck sells, so come on out and see me!

Hi, everybody. Warning: long and sappy post coming.

I’ve made the extremely difficult decision, after much contemplation and conversations with the most important people in my life, that it’s time to sell CLK and move on to the next chapter in my life.

Two and a half years ago, I took a leap of faith to follow my dream, and share my passion for food with my community. I don’t regret a single thing. The relationships I’ve formed, the smiles I’ve seen, the friends and family I’ve gained mean the absolute world to me. Each of you have made an impact on my life that I’ll take with me forever.

This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life, but I know that it’s the right decision. I’ll be moving back to Richmond with a fresh start and a new perspective.

I’ll continue to operate as normal until I’m able to sell the truck. It’s currently listed for sale, so the closing of CLK will likely be abrupt once I have a buyer. I’ll keep everyone as informed as I possibly can.

Until that day comes, I’d love to continue feeding your family, having great conversations, meeting new people, and delivering the same quality of food that I’ve always been known for.

Come eat with me as often as you can. I appreciate every single one of you so much.

Hey, team CLK!

Wow, what a day. We had the most amazing time at the farm to table dinner at the Abingdon Farmers Market tonight!

We worked and sweated our little butts off, but it was so worth it. I haven’t worked as hard in my life as I did today.

I have to give a special thank you to my love, Nathan. He was absolutely incredible and did an amazing job handling me when I was on the verge of a meltdown, lol. He’s the exact calm and consistency I need to balance my craziness.

Also, a huge thanks to Dave and Melissa. We would have never pulled it off without you.

I love yall so much. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
