May 1, 2026 makes 32 years of The Tavern running as a business! Opened in 1994 by Max Hermann, we raise a glass to him today as he is missed by many! Josh Fuller took ownership May 1, 2019 and is thankful to be able to honor Max's legacy by running the Tavern and serving all the amazing people come through the doors. We'll see you for dinner!
