I’ve been missing a couple weeks. I’m glad to say I will be back tomorrow at the Abilene Farmers Market. I will have plain, poppy, sesame, dirty herb and everything along with blueberry. Schmears will be scallion, peach roasted green chile and blueberry. Get there early, I’m sure we will sell out quick tomorrow.

I am so sorry for disappearing for a couple weeks. We made an out of town trip to see my family, then we had some family issues. My wife and I are teachers and we have back to school and and all the craziness with that.
I made bagels for the Abilene High staff today. I made lots to make sure all the employees got a snack. I have extra though. If you need some bagels let me know. I have 3 packs of bagels:

13 everything
2 sesame
5 poppy
19 plain

That’s almost 10 dozen left. If you need a bagel fix message me so I can take care of you.

A customer let me know one of their bagels had mold on it. The sun is the enemy of our packaging. If the sun gets on it, it causes condensation which in this heat will kill any bread. Please message me if your bagels were affected. I will make things right for our customers 100%. I want your experience to be perfect. If I fall short let me know and I’ll do my best to fix it. Thank you for your support!

In honor of Seinfeld being here today I couldn’t help posting this. We will be back at the Abilene Farmers Market tomorrow with plain, poppy, sesame, garlic, dirty herb, rosemary sea salt, pickle everything and double garlic everything. Want a Bialy? You’ll have to drive two and a half hours to Dallas if you do. Or, come see me tomorrow at the Abilene Farmers Market. Caramelized Vidalia Onions, Rosemary infused Olive Oil and Poppy Seeds. Try a delicious cousin of the bagel tomorrow. Eat them right out of the bag. Or, you can split, toast and butter or schmear them or make a delicious breakfast sandwich.

Excited about how these turned out! We will have limited availability tomorrow for our Red, White and Blue bagels. Be sure to come early to the Abilene Farmers Market tomorrow. We will also have double garlic everything, jalapeño cheddar and cinnamon raisin. Schmear flavors will be Strawberry, Blueberry and Birthday Cake. And we are bringing treats for your four legged friends!
