We’ve been busy today getting items ready to stock the stand for tomorrow, 7/3.

Another meal idea to enjoy eggs. Breakfast taco (or quesadilla?) with bacon or sausage, egg and cheese. The kids love it too!

Preserving eggs this morning by cracking them and freezing them.

This way when the hens slow down egg production or we have a busy morning, we can easily and quickly thaw and cook some eggs. We can also take them with us in a cooler for when we go camping or travel and need an easy protein to cook.
