Notice, If you stopped at our I-20 location from Jun 2 through June 8, our system was down and last 4 of card data was not processed for payment until today. So it will appear that you have been charged on a day you were not at the restaurant. Im glad to say that as of Thursday June, 11 tomorrow, we will have new equipment which will eleviate this problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The weekend of May 14,15,16 our internet went down due to construction around our I-20 Taco Casa. Our internet is the vehicle which allows our customers to pay with Debit and CC’s. Our system has a backup to hold the last 4 of debit and CC’s until communication is re-established with our card processor in the event our internet suffers a disconnection. We do not, I repeat, we do not keep or store any Debit or CC’s. Those numbers are purged as soon as connection/communication is once again established which is common in the industry. When these incidents occur the charge on a customers statement will reflect the date the communication was re-established and not necessarily the date of transaction. WEATHER UPDATE: While we appreciate all our customers and we care for your safety, we also care for our employees as well. We are experiencing sleet and icing at our I-20 store at 6:15 and conditions are worsening quickly so we have decide to close both of our stores at this time. We will play it by ear tomorrow as this storm could be historic for Abilene. Tomorrow and Sunday we could possibly be closed if the road conditions deteriorate even more. So stay home stay safe and we will see you again soon.
