Another American classic done the Workshop way. Say hello to the 🍔 Deluxe Cheeseburger Pita! Loaded with seasoned ground beef cooked with onions + garlic, melted American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles and a housemade “fancy sauce.” (Go all the way and ask to add bacon!)

We’re testing out some ideas for future menus. Give it a taste and let us know what you think!

crispy corn tostadas topped with melted CooperÂŽ Sharp American Cheese, southwest-style pork, fire roasted tomato guacamole, cilantro and hatch green chili crema.

**There may be a secret special up Nate’s sleeves but it’s too good (and too limited) to put on the internet. If you’re in, ask about the Cajun Mahi & Creamy Hatch Chili Tortellini dish. Limited supply, ready around noon.**

grilled chicken, sautĂŠed peppers + onions + mushrooms, melted Cooper cheese, shredded lettuce and mayo on a toasted G Charles Bakery roll.

Monday’s are also for House Mules. Stick with the traditional ‘Moscow’ or change it up with a Mexican (tequila), Kentucky (bourbon) or Irish (Irish whishkey) mule. $6 every Monday.

If you’re thinking about making it a Workshop morning then here’s a little extra asian persuasion. Nate’s bringing back a rare brunch treat - 🍚BREAKFAST FRIED RICE! With pork, veggies, two fried eggs, homemade sweet & spicy soy vinaigrette and spicy mayo. Served with garlic toast.
And of course we’ll be 🍾 popping’ bottles and pouring $5 Mimosas and $15 Mimosa Flights.
