So, as some of you know, Home Of The Real Philly has changed to new ribeye for his cheesesteaks. I gotta admit, I was skeptical at first considering I’ve been eating this guys steaks since he started so many years ago. Well, today he had me in to try the new meat and see what I thought about it. Man, he hit it out the park again. The ribeye is slice super thin and chopped just perfect so it’s juicy and tender. Then the grilled onions, cooper sharp and mayo topped it off. Get out there and try one as soon as you can. Thanks again Rob Bryant. ( I was hungry and still couldn’t finish the whole thing either)
