Oven Baked Pork Chops and Crispy Herb Potatoes Smash or Pass!π₯
Ingredients:
For the Pork Chops:
4β6 bone-in or boneless pork chops
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Crispy Herb Potatoes:
4β5 medium potatoes, diced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
Prepare the Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes while you prep the pork chops.
Season the Pork Chops:
Pat pork chops dry.
Mix salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Rub both sides of the chops with olive oil, then coat with the seasoning mix.
Bake Everything:
Pull potatoes out after 20 minutes, flip them, and push them to the sides of the tray.
Place seasoned pork chops in the center.
Return to oven and bake 15β20 minutes, depending on thickness, until chops reach 145Β°F (63Β°C).
Turn on broil for 2β3 minutes for extra crisp edges.
Optional Garlic Butter Drizzle:
Melt butter in a small pan, add garlic, and cook 1 minute.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
Spoon over the baked chops.
Serve:
Plate pork chops with crispy herb potatoes.
Add the garlic-butter drizzle on top for maximum flavor.
