位於卓蘭豐原客運站對面的昇發飲食店，是一家在地的老店餐廳，至今已有四十多年的歷史，主要以中國名菜、台菜、宴席、山產溪產料理為主，店裡的美食都是以當地食材為主，例如溪蝦、溪魚、放山雞、鮮魚等等，做出一道道具有山城滋味的料理及新昇發特製的『糖醋苦甘』，則帶有日本燒烤的
