多年前在新竹光復路上清華大學斜對面,有一家老字號的麵食館,
那是你我的回憶...
當時的學徒已成師傅,小姐變媽媽,阿姨變阿嬤,
現在我們回來了,那個勾起你我回憶的味道,
我們以嶄新的面貌呈現給您-老拳棒棒麵食館Old CHEN good good:

麵食館創始人-老陳 老師傅,從事麵食已有40多年,
所有手工麵食皆自行研發摸索,無師自通,
所以old Chen good good的含義就是老陳很厲害的意思

老拳:
教育部國語辭典解釋-強而有力的手臂;
製作手工麵食必須揉麵.撖麵.包麵,故需有雙強而有力的手臂,
且老拳和老陳的英文發音接近,雙關語,故名老拳

棒棒:
製作手工麵食皆需使用桿麵棍;
草創初期只有老陳(創始人)和小陳(接班人)兩位師傅負責製作手工麵食,
所以麵板上時常會有兩支桿麵棍,棍同棒,故名棒棒

所以老拳棒棒指的是麵食文化的傳承,一棒接一棒的意思
