Thiebou Diola or “C’est Bon!!!
This dish may have a French name, "c'est bon," which translates to "that's good" in English, but its origins are far from French. It was actually created by the Diola people of the Ziguinchor region in southern Senegal. The meal consists of white rice cooked with shrimp, mussels, and other shellfish, accompanied by grilled fish. It's served with Moyo sauce, made from diced raw onion, red, green, and yellow sweet peppers, chilli, mashed okra, and seasoned sorrel leaves.
