「水引」一詞源自於魏晉南北朝時期，意旨「在水中拉扯小麥」，進而衍生為麵食之意。
水引坊推出一系列「古濃麵」，意思是＂古法熬製的濃郁湯頭＂以此湯頭為基底，再加上各種不同食材元素，創造傳統與創新的巧妙結合。
