Ukawoodart Restaurant Booking Policies and Guidelines

我們無菜單料理的套餐，只有提供午餐，採預約訂金制，須提前至少1天預約。Our menu-free lunch requires you to make a reservation at least one day prior to your desired date. A prepaid fee is required.
每位需付最低消費，790元。套餐內含湯品、三道菜、餐後水果、自製甜品及飲品。我們當天只會提供一種菜單，所以無法提供素食餐點。The lunch is NT$790 per person. The menu includes soup、thress courses、fresh fruits, homemade dessert and drink. We offer a single set menu on the day, therefore we do not have vegetarian options in the menu.
我們無法招待對任何食材會有過敏現象造成身體有不舒服的客人。We do not serve customers who are allergic to any ingredient.
[我們的私廚料理，是依照季節性的蔬果，調整、設計每天的菜單。您可以參考之前客人用餐的照片及評價。We prepare our food from scratch and offer creative and mouth-watering dishes through a choice of seasonal and locally ingredients. We cannot therefore guarantee serving any particular dish at any time. You may browse through some of the pictures and comments that are provided by our customers for your reference.]

付訂金之前，請確實詳閱預約須知，如因您無法配合我們的規定而需退還您的訂金，所衍生出的相關費用，將由您負擔。 If we have to refund your deposit because you are not able to follow our guideline, you will be responsible for any fee applied to the transaction.
收到三成訂金後，我們就會為您準備食材及保留當天的座位。Your reservation will be held when we receive the deposit of NT$230 per person.
在預約日期的10天內無故取消預約的話，訂金不退還。如因特殊緊急的情況，經雙方同意之後，可提供一次更改預約用餐的日期。為保障其他客人的權益，恕無法無限次更改預約日期的服務。更改後的預約日期，如需再次更改，則視同無故取消。
如因地震或颱風等天災影響，是以當地政府頒布的狀況為準則，導致無法成行，將會無償的退還訂金全額。The deposit will be refunded in full if the government announces offices and school closure due to earthquake or climate-related disaster.

我們不招待12歲以下的小朋友 We do not serve children under 12 years old
禁止攜帶寵物、外食以及任何含酒精的飲品 Pets, outside food and drinks, including alcohol beverages are not allowed.
為維護所有客人的權益以及用餐環境品質，用餐時，請盡量不要談話，聊天時，請戴好口罩，並輕聲細語。 To protect yourself and others in the restaurant, please do not talk while eating. Chat when you have your mask on and keep your voice down while enjoying your time with your friends and relatives in the restaurant.
如您無法尊重，遵守我們的規定，我們有權取消您的預約訂位。
We serve the right to cancel your reservation if you are in breach of our policies.

營業時間 Business Hours
週三至週日Thursday-Sunday
(每週一 ~ 三公休) (Monday ~ Wednesday Closed)
11點半後，我們準備就緒，就會將外面的鐵門打開。We will open our gate after 11:30am.
如果客人沒有特別指定的用餐時間，我們會在12點左右開始上餐點。如果您會需要晚到，f請提前告知，我們提供用餐的時間，為下午2點以前。我們沒有用餐時間的限制，預約的客人都可以輕鬆舒適的在我們的場地待到下午4點。The meal will be served at 12pm. If you wish to arrive late, the latest time for us to serve your meal is before 2pm. You are welcome to stay in our restaurant until 4pm.
如果您沒有提前通知用餐時間，我們會以12點為主。遲到超過30分鐘以上，或是違反我們的規定，我們有權利取消您的預約。If you do not provide us with an arrival time to our restaurant when you make the reservation. Then the hold time is set to be at 12pm. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are more than 30 minutes late without notice.

我們備有停車場 We have parking space
我們這裡只能開車或是騎摩托車才能到達，大眾交通工具無法到達。請勿騎腳踏車或是走路到達。交通部分，請自行安排。We are not close to public transportation, accessed only by car or motorcycle. Please arrange your transportation. Do not come to our restaurant by bicycle or on foot.
如果您是使用Google Map或是其他網路平台的導航系統，行前，請先了解系統規劃的行車路線。有時，會因為設定的交通工具的不同，而規劃比較繞路的路線。如果您對於系統規劃的路線，有任何疑慮，麻煩請再跟我們聯絡。If you are using Google Map or other GPS for your driving direction, please do the homework beforehand. If you have any question and concern, please feel free to contact us for advice.
假設，您是從石碇千島湖過來，請不要直接在石碇千島湖的附近就設定Google Map，請開回北宜公路再設定，不然它會帶您開入很小，無法會車的山路，還會開很久! If you are coming from the thousand-islands-sightseeing spot to our restaurant, please set your Google Map after you are back on Provincial Highway 9. otherwise, it will lead you to narrow roads that will not allow you to pass over another car.

Information for Foreigner Visitors
If you hire a taxi driver to take you to our restaurant, usually you will spend about half of a day in our place, so the driver will have to stay and wait for you. You won't be able to hire another taxi driver in our location, because we are in the rural area of southern New Taipei City. However, we can serve your driver a simple meal with 200 NT dollars. Just inform us when you make your reservation. We do recommend that you book your reservation with us at least a week before your desired date. So we have adequate time to discuss some details and make sure you will have a pleasant and cozy trip to our place.
