燒肉客 Hot Rock 燒肉客 ( Hot Rock BBQ & GRILL ) 由兩名對音樂與美食有高度熱忱的Rocker ( 過去式 )

2014年8月成立的燒肉客 ( Hot Rock BBQ & GRILL ) ，其前身曾在永和與公館商圈獲得好評，特別是在公館時期三輪車的燒烤舖外型，令許多吃到美味燒肉的饕客印象特別深刻。

在離開公館商圈休息了幾個月後，Joe & Sam 這兩個曾經一起玩過音樂的多年好友，幾經冥冥之中似乎安排好的接觸與討論，遂決定於2014年的8月再次燃燒夢想，將搖滾的「堅持」精神，帶入「燒肉客」的經營與烹調美食的態度裡。

頂溪捷運站 1 號出口出來後，往左手邊走，沿著永和路走 （樂華夜市方向（。第一個十字路口，左轉中正路，就在中正路右側！ 走路只要 10~15 分鐘就當作運動吧！
