辣椒醬-自己來, 醬油膏-自己來, 油-自己炸豬油, 薑絲-買整條回來切絲, 豆芽菜-開店幾個月後就不用了,高湯-用豬骨雞骨昆布熬, 胡椒粉-中藥行買.

老闆用的調味料- 醬油, 鹽, 糖, 香油, 米酒, 胡椒粉.........沒了. 對就是這樣而已真的沒了.
