A coffee addict with an equally strong addiction for tasty food, the founder of Melbourne Press Cafe wanted to bring Melbourne's amazing coffee culture to her

favourite country, Taiwan.

“Taiwan is Home to me”, Jurcanny said then. The wonderful people, the beautiful landscape, the fascinating blend of historical modernity and generous spirit of everyone she met – she loved everything about Taiwan and that was the start of her lifelong relationship with Taiwan. In 2003, she fell in love with Melbournian coffee and she spent many subsequent days in Melbourne cafes, immersing herself in the vibrant coffee-culture and of course, always with a good book in her hands. It was in 2013 when she was inspired to start a café in her favourite country. A Singaporean by birth, she left her cushy job in the legal industry and started working in cafes and at an New Zealand Australian restaurant to perfect her coffee-making and culinary skills. Her dream finally came true and she has now combined both her loves – serving Melbournian coffee in Taiwan. You will feel as though you have been transported to Melbourne from your first step into Melbourne Press Cafe. From the tantalising aroma of freshly ground coffee beans to the humming of the coffee-bean grinders in the background to the enticing fragrance of daily prepared Melbournian-styled breakfast menu, we are not your run-of-mill café. We are here to find fellow coffee and culinary aficionados. We want Melbourne Press Cafe to be your place, the place where you recharge yourself and seek comfort in coffee, food and familiar faces.

沙拉醬 “果稀” 從「無」開始，微酸、微甜，讓人感受到那份藏在沙拉醬裡的認真。
