專業甜點職人- Jamie Huang 於2005年春天，負笈英國倫敦藍帶學院（Le Cordon Bleu London）專研學藝法式甜點，獲得藍帶學院認證，同年，即在倫敦文華東方酒店實習。學成歸國後，於知名五星級酒店，國賓（Ambassador Hotel）及晶華（Regent Hotel）擔任甜點廚師。在業界十一年的工作經驗，悟得好的甜點作品是甜美的預感，與往日情懷的再次體現，2015年的春天，他將帶給喜愛甜點的朋友嶄新的生活品味。
