Embodying the spirit of a modern restaurant, Café Un Deux Trois offers sumptuous lunch semi-buffet featuring an enticing array of delights from around the world. Guests may enjoy a Chef’s special main course,

a selection of seafood, classic Cantonese cuisine from Ya Ge and tempting desserts. We respectfully inform our guests that the hotel has a smart elegant dress code for both ladies and gentlemen. Gentlemen are also asked to wear smart shirts and closed shoes (slippers are not appropriate in the restaurant).

「爐烤日本熊本縣A5和牛沙朗」選用100% 純血黑毛和牛,也稱之爲黑樺牛,因其油花似白樺樹根華麗、漂亮。同時,黑樺牛也得到良好的飼養,食用人食等級的飼料,飲用來自地下600米的天然礦泉水,是日本少數取得哈拉認證的屠宰場,造就了油脂與肉質的比例達到完美平衡,其口感細緻、柔和鮮甜,入口即化。搭配如雲朵般柔軟的沙巴雍慕斯,每一口都能感受到驚喜與滿足。

‘Grilled Japanese Wagyu A5 Sirloin Steak’ features 100% Black Wagyu, renowned for its exquisite marbling. Raised with the utmost care, these Wagyu cattle are fed human-quality food and drink mineral-rich water from 600 metres underground. Additionally, this Wagyu is certified by a select Halal abattoir in Japan. The perfect balance of fat and meat results in a texture that is finely tender and delicately sweet. Accompanied by a feather-light Sabayon mousse, each bite is a testament to refined culinary craftsmanship.
