隆重介紹 La Locanda 的月度特色菜:蘋果藍紋起司小圓麵餃佐蜂蜜!(Handmade Tortelloni with Gorgonzola and Apple)

Tortelloni 是一種常見於義大利北部的填餡小圓麵餃,外形與 tortellini 類似,但體積較大,內餡以起司為主。傳統餡料包含瑞可塔起司、帕瑪森起司、香草或蔬菜(如歐芹或菠菜)、雞蛋與肉豆蔻。

限於 2026 年 4 月供應,售完即止(或是我們的主廚 Matteo 整天包義大利餃子包累了)

Meet the La Locanda’s new monthly special — an entirely handmade tortellini filled with gorgonzola cheese and apple.

Tortelloni is a type of stuffed pasta common in northern Italy, with a shape similar to tortellini, but larger and with a cheese-based filling. It is traditionally stuffed with ricotta, Parmesan, leafy herbs or vegetables such as parsley or spinach, egg, and nutmeg.

Available all April 2026 until stock last (or our Chef Matteo gets tired of wrapping tortellini all day)
