擁有溫和芥末味的自然農法「山葵菜」開始出現在Gaia Flow的餐盤上囉❤️

「山葵菜」或稱「山葵芥菜」含有多種十字花科植物特有的硫代葡萄糖苷（Glucosinolates），經切碎或咀嚼時會轉化為異硫氰酸鹽（Isothiocyanates），這也是讓它帶有山葵辛嗆味的主因。

它可以協助我們身體：

👍抗氧化與抗炎作用
抑制自由基、減緩細胞老化，對皮膚與免疫系統有益。

👍防癌潛力
異硫氰酸鹽被研究顯示有助於啟動體內解毒酶、促進癌細胞凋亡（與花椰菜、羽衣甘藍類似）。
