來自藍帶廚藝學校的光頭主理人，有設計師的精準、有廚師的執著。他曾是永康街知名法式料理的經理，也曾是咖啡冠軍大賽場上的評審。在新店，他陪著一家小中餐廳走過20年，餐飲不只是熱炒與煙火，更是記憶與溫度。
