麵館 本店湯頭是以大量新鮮的薑、蒜及多種獨門的中藥材長時間熬製而成，而牛肉嚴選澳洲進口前腱肉；其牛肉的燉煮以細火慢熬數小時讓牛肉充份的吸收濃郁而獨特的湯汁，最後灑上青蔥及香菜，再搭配您喜愛的麵條(寬拉麵、細拉麵、陽春細麵擇一），呈現出一碗口感濃郁、層次豐富的牛肉麵。
