We are truly grateful to the Michelin Guide Taiwan for once again honoring Taïrroir with three stars.
This recognition belongs to all of us—to our team, the GOODLINS Group, our partners and friends in the industry, every guest who has shared a meal with us, and to the land of Taiwan that continues to nourish and inspire our work.
In 2025, we celebrate a new chapter with the opening of Chaud Doux .doux .
It marks a journey from the world of fine dining into daily life, guided by a simple belief: to cook with warmth and to care with gentleness. Our hope is to bring comfort, joy, and companionship to the everyday table.
In 2026, Taïrroir will turn ten. A decade is not only a measure of time, but also a reflection of the trust, love, and support we have received. Looking ahead, through the vision of Maison Taïrroir, we will continue to explore new ways of sharing gastronomy, so that our team can shine freely, and the flavors and hospitality of Taiwan can travel even further.
To everyone who has been with us on this journey, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We warmly invite you back to Taïrroir to celebrate the next chapter together.
