Cultivated through fair trade and contracts with the Paiwan indigenous people, this coffee is a treasure bestowed upon us by our ancestral spirits and by the heavens. Grown in the Beidawu Mountain forests at an altitude of 1000-1500 meters, bordering Pingtung and Taitung, it benefits from the climate advantages of the Pacific Ocean, the Taiwan Strait, and the Bashi Channel, nourished by clean, unpolluted water. Nurtured by high-altitude cloud cover and partial sunshine, and grown using semi-wild and environmentally friendly, pesticide-free methods, this coffee boasts superior quality, sweetness, and aroma, comparable to premium estate beans from abroad. It has passed ochre and pesticide residue tests conducted by a Ministry of Health and Welfare authorized laboratory, ensuring your health.
Cupping Flavor: It exhibits orchid aromas, with a rich and layered wet aroma of sugarcane and honey sweetness, sweet peach, and grapefruit – a representative Taiwanese coffee.
