很多朋友問我，
離開鮨十兵衛之後在做什麼。
其實這一年多來，
大部分時間都在學習。
學習做一碗麵。
從湯頭、麵體到出餐節奏，
一步一步重新開始。
直到覺得自己準備好了，
才有了華承軒。
如果你曾經是十兵衛的客人，
有空歡迎來坐坐。
也許你會發現，
料理的形式變了，
但有些堅持，
