在「一宗壽司」，阿宗師傅對魚料的極致追求從未改變。
但在今日忙碌過後的空檔，
後場的銀白槌目鍋裡，正慢火細熬著琥珀色的濃郁。
歲末吃刈包，是我們對傳統的致敬。

白麵皮包覆著豐腴的五花，像錢包，也像「虎咬豬」。
象徵將過去一年的辛勞通通咬下，
把來年的福氣與財氣，穩穩包住。

這份非賣品的隱藏美味，是我們店裡的歲末儀式。
