Hailing from Guatemala, Chef Melanie Garcia has worked her culinary magic in America before finding her second home in Taiwan. Renowned as the co-chef of Gēn Creative and Nena by Gēn Creative, she brings a multicultural background to her craft. Chef Melanie’s passion and cooking philosophy not only inspire aspiring chefs but also infuse a breath of fresh air into the local culinary scene.
As longtime friends, Chef Nick and Melanie are teaming up to CO-PLAY with flavours, integrating the rich heritage of Latin America's cuisine. Together, they will take our palates on a journey to the Latin World, unraveling the food culture and history while treating us to a delectable array of dishes.
Expect to be wowed by dishes inspired by regional and traditional Latino favorites. The flavours are HOT, and the experience is not to be missed!
