Earth Hour 2007年起從雪梨發起為地球關燈一小時的活動，我們從第一年開始響應，今年是第20年，世界改變了很多，不變的是每年三月的最後一個星期六20:30我們一起燭光，晚餐、喝酒、吃點心、聊天、親近，互相提醒生活中的節約。

琥珀瓊脂燉牛頰

一道色香味俱全的中式暖心料理。精選富含膠質的紐西蘭牛頰肉，搭配搭配東方辛香料與粵菜常用的柱侯醬，以小火慢燉至軟嫩入口即化。蘿蔔盡吸飽滿肉汁，口感鮮甜。可搭配米飯或麵包，餘韻無窮，是晚餐裡最溫暖、最療癒的亞洲家常美味。

Beef cheek braised low and slow to melting tender. Plump winter daikon, carrots, ginger, star anise, spices in delicious meaty gravy. Enjoy soaking up with toasted sourdough or a bowl of rice. At the House of Moo, the East is never too far from the West.
