Just putting an update which been a long time, a very long time indeed. I miss Taiwan a lot and my second family too. This Covid-19 or the CCP virus as I like to call it has affected all. Not just us, but everyone. I am actually doing well with getting a role as a head chef in Australia at a social bowling club in NSW. Sadly my grandmother did past away earlier this but it was peaceful for her as the dementia was too strong in her, she also had one too many falls. Anyway all is fine and working hard, I hope in the future I'll be back in Taiwan and putting my new knowledge and hunger to get Canberra connect back in Taipei. I am just waiting for my lovely wife to return back to Australia so she can also get back on her feet. The road for this very hard as now delta has decided run rampant in NSW, Victoria and ACT. Currently I am in lockdown and can't get back to work which was doing really good, good ratings too. Anyway take care all and keep safe Looking forward to seeing you guys in the future. This is one of my specials I put on in my work, Taiwanese pork foot specials which is basically Ah moo style cooking I learned. Sold quiet well too.
