為期六週的 Roganic Pop up in Taipei 圓滿落幕✨
Roganic Hong Kong 團隊進駐 baan Taipei ,從環境、團隊與氛圍,為台灣客人完整呈現 Roganic Hong Kong 餐廳的永續哲學。以烏魚子、無花果、金鑽鳳梨等當季食材,重新詮釋招牌菜色,驚艷台灣食客的味蕾。
廣受客人喜愛的招牌無酒精調飲,以及菜單中的「南投彩色蕃茄, 發酵葵花籽, 蕃茄澄清汁, 山當歸油」更展現了 Roganic Hong Kong 獨特的風乾、醃漬保存技法與全食物運用的巧思。

Our six-week Roganic Pop-up in Taipei has drawn to a magnificent close! ✨
Roganic Hong Kong team transformed baan Taipei, beautifully capturing their sustainable dining philosophy. They artfully reimagined signature dishes using seasonal Taiwanese ingredients like Karasumi mullet roe, figs, and Golden Diamond pineapples, captivating local diners.
Their acclaimed non-alcoholic drinks and the remarkable ”Nantou heirloom tomatoes with fermented sunflower, chilled tomato juices infused with lovage“ showcased Roganic Hong Kong’s expertise in preservation and innovative whole ingredient utilization.
