創辦人George Wang曾與知名咖啡品測大師Sunalini女士於產區學習,不僅在咖啡的種植、流程處理、品質管控與檢測等技術甚為了解,對於咖啡豆品質優劣更具備專業杯測鑑別能力。近年來喜愛咖啡想學咖啡的人越來越多,因此我們特別成立咖啡學院,推廣如何選咖啡、品咖啡、煮咖啡及測試咖啡。
學院除了有專業咖啡知識及多種沖煮技術課程外,更提供有別於一般坊間咖啡課程所沒有的口感教學,針對挑選生豆品質、品鑑烘焙與沖煮技術缺失之杯測口感訓練。
