「良美鵝肉專家」創立於民國七十五年，從昔日小攤子到今日的大店面，堅持採用上選鵝肉烹調，使顧客吃的健康又安心，保持最佳品質、衛生也是本店的最高原則。
「良美鵝肉專家」由吳昭男夫婦一同創立，現由第二代吳明璋接手經營，承繼父親的理想，把這份工作當成良心事業來做，薄利多銷、平價供應，讓每一位顧客都能品嚐到幸福的滋味。鵝肉不添加過多之調味，以保持鮮甜美味，此外，店內的麵類用純鵝高湯烹煮，湯頭濃郁、口感清爽更有其一番風味，麻辣鴨血風味獨特，廣受顧客的歡迎，歡迎來店品嚐道地好滋味。
